I Had A Colonoscopy. Dr. Nicked My Upper Colon. Spent

I had a colonoscopy. Dr. nicked my upper colon. Spent the next 3 days in the hospital on pain meds, antibiotics and fluids because I was also dehydrated from the colon cleanse. Dr. that did the colonoscopy is telling me it is my gallbladder but everyone else the surgeon, the radiologist, and the ER doctor told me it was from air in my colon. What is your opinion? My right side below my rib cage was severely inflamed.
