I Had A Colonoscopy And Endoscopy Done Due To Pain

I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy done due to pain in my abdomen and nausea and vomiting. They found no polyps, inflammation and acid reflux which I have known I have this so that's okay but they said I need an MRI done due to something that was making an indentation on my colon, said it looked like something was pushing in on it. Any ideas?
