I Had A Colonoscopy And My Gastro Issues Worsened Over

I had a colonoscopy and my gastro issues worsened over the last few years. Whenever addressed any of my gastro issues. I have asked my old go and my new NP, went to emergency no one k nows what is wrong. Had cats can done nothing shows but enlarged colon. Had sonohgram done. Nothing. I am ha king terrible
Pain in my side, bloating, gas but the worst is yellow sometimes bright orange acid burning fluid along with stool. Sometimes stool appears normally formed but water in toilette is still orange or yellow. This fluid on 2 or 4 occasions has leaked out and burned my anus and vaginal genital openings. Today I had lots of pain, and the smell is awful. I am lost.
