I Had A Colonoscopy Done Back In April. Within 3

I had a colonoscopy done back in April. Within 3 weeks after, I began with constant bladder pressure & lower back pain into my calfs. I've been to a urologist (said bladder is irritated), chiropractors, GP, & GYN. I've had x Rays, MRIs, bladder scoped, & urinalysis (several) done & everything is negative. The pain/discomfort is so bad I can hardly sleep. I must run to the bathroom sometimes every other hour & up during the night. Again this happened after the colonoscopy. Any suggestions?
