An having severe stomach cramps for a couple of days after. Since then I have been having needle like stabbing pains in my lower abdomen mainly when I go to the toilet or need to pass wind. They are very sharp and ease off after I have been to the toilet. I didn't go to the toilet until Sunday evening and my stools are quiet soft but with a little blood and undigested bits in it. I have some hemerhoids banded during the colonoscopy and diverticulitis disease diagnosed but no serious problems. Are these symptoms normal?
