I Had A Colonoscopy One Month Ago, After Three Days

I had a colonoscopy one month ago, after three days I was in the Hopital in ICU for three days. My husband found me unresponsive with fecus everywhere around me. They ran an MRI to find some infection around my brain and chronic colitis. I stayed in the Hospital for a total of seven days. I was feeling better, however, the last two days I've passed globs of yellowish mucous and feeling very bad. Do you happen to know what these signs might show?
