I Had A Colonoscopy With A Removal Of A Polyp

I had a colonoscopy with a removal of a polyp in the transverse colon and I had h pyloric. I was put on antibiotics. After I finished the antibiotics I started having pain in the right quadrant. I can lay on my right side and not as painful but when I lay on my left side I have severe pain. Also after I have ate I start having pain. I am also having pain in my legs. Do you think that they may have perforated or some kind pleurisy or gall bladder.
