I Had A Complex Stricture Of My Esophagus And Couldn't

I had a complex stricture of my esophagus and couldn't eat as a result of radiation 6 months ago. The hospital installed a PEG tube by pulling it through so that I could eat. During that, they tore my esophagus and cause a T.E. Fistula. The hospital said that it's a complication and " sometimes this happens" . I am so frustrated. Now I need major surgery , are they at fault?
