I Had A Compression Fracture Of T7 About 8-9 Years

I had a compression fracture of T7 about 8-9 years ago. This summer, I was diagnosed with PVCs. Those went away, but just recently came back. Last night, I was awakened with a severe pain in the middle of my back. Not really muscle spasms, just a sharp pain. At the same time, I had alot of pressure on my chest. I felt like someone was standing on me. I also had the feeling of heartburn, and it felt like someone had a slight chokehold at the base of my neck. I had my wife use her elbow to do trigger point therapy on my back, and that helped some. I rested on my back and eventually fell back asleep. My PVCs are continuing today. I don't feel it was my heart, but am not sure. What are your thoughts?
