I Had A Concussion Possible MTBI("normal" CT/MRI) At Work Almost

I had a concussion possible mTBI("normal" CT/MRI) at work almost 5 months ago. Last week I returned to work despite not feeling any better(intense headaches, dizziness, insomnia, etc), because of doctors orders and workmans comp. I work in a very loud industrial environment that exacerbated all symptoms. I had mild nosebleeds and clear runny nose(no cold symptoms such as burning sinuses or fever or sore throat) all week long but didn't think anything of it. Could the extreme loud sounds/vibrations cause further damage or swelling and possibly the nosebleeds?
Everything tapered off over the weekend and has not resumed(I have not worked). I almost never get bloody noses even in dire northern winters.
