I Had A Condition In The Past And It Has

I had a condition in the past and it has returned. Want to know the name of it so I can look it up. When I put certain foods in my mouth it hurts inside my mouth over by my ear, below my ear on the outside and down my neck a ways. I think it required antibiotics the last time. It becomes very difficult to eat. Thank you.
