I Had A Cone By About 3yrs Ago. Then Was

I had a cone by about 3yrs ago. then was taking birth control injections for three years. I have been having painful menstrual cycles with heavy bleeding. I recently had a hysterscope that was unsuccessful. My doctor told me she could not enter my uterus and she did not understand how I could I had bleeding. Xray showed scar tissue and the radiologist asked my doctor if I had a previous c section. I am 31 years old and she tells me I need a hysterectomy because maybe she she caused my uterus to close and that she thinks I menestrate through the muscle of my uterus. Is this possible?
