I had a copper coil fitted. I then had no period for 2 months too follow. Then I had bleeding for a week and now 2 weeks later bleeding again cramp in the lower stomach and small clots. The doctor has done 3 pregnancy tests all negative and has done a smear which came back normal what's wrong
