I Had A Copper T Insertion On 7 Th January...

I had a copper t insertion on 7 th January... since then I have continuous spotting... some days it's brownish color some day it's red ... but not heavy like in normal periods...I am concern about this and want to ask what is causing this and when will the spotting stop and when will i have normal discharge like i had before inserting copper t
