I Had A Coronary Calcium Scoring Completed Yesterday And Those

I had a coronary calcium scoring completed yesterday and those results came back great. However, the radiologist reported that the right lower lobe showed density, and now I need a chest CT ASAP per my PCP. What could this mean? I have not been ill within the last 6 months, and no cough, phlegm or fevers. Thank you!
