I Had A Cortisone Injection In My Hip The Day

I had a cortisone injection in my hip the day before yesterday. I awoke this morning with flaming red cheeks (ie my face). I also stopped long-term use of Ambien last night. Could the red cheeks be a side effect of one or the other? Have not been in the sun, but look sunburned. I remember this (red cheeks) happening once before; have had this cortisone injection once before;I just didn't connect the two the last time, so don't remember if it was immediately after the first cortisone injection.
