I Had A Cortisone Injection In My Hip Today And

I had a cortisone injection in my hip today and now at about 10 pm I started getting a pain/burn sensation continously in the area from my knees down to my ankles and it is now nearly 1 am and I can't sleep? Is this cause to go to E.R. or will it eventually subsude?
