I Had A Cosmetic Facial Peel Done On Monday. All

I had a cosmetic facial peel done on Monday. All seems well except for area where the skin peeled off too soon on the side of my face when I slept. Cosmetologist suggested I put a coating of Vaseline on it and nothing else. The area is very red and tender even after four days ad a few small ed dots have appeared within the last day. . Shall I seek medical attention
