I Had A Cough With Clear Flume Since Feb. I

I had a cough with clear flume since Feb. I have asthma and bronchitis over the years. My regular treatment are not working to combat the coughing and controlling the flume. Now I am experiencing pain in the upper left side of the rib cage area from the middle front around to the middle back. I feel tightness and pain. When I cough the pain is unbearable.
