I Had A Couple Of Little White Pimple Like Things

I had a couple of little white pimple like things on the inside of the foreskin on my penis and I was cleaning the other day and ended up pushing one out quite easily (it felt and looked exactly like popping a pimple) but then I felt dizzy and queasy and started bleeding a little from it. I then rinsed off any blood in the shower and left it alone and now there are a few of those little bumps all collected together and whenever one comes off I feel the same queasy and dizziness. What could they be? Do I just need to clean better?
