I Had A Craniotomy Almost 6 Years Ago I Have

I had a craniotomy almost 6 years ago I have 2 plates and 8 screws in my head. Yesterday my son closed the rear suv hatch and it hit me on the top frontal area of my skull where one plate is and where they opened my skull for tumor removal. I could feel swealing in my skull last night but the headache wasn't as bad as it is tonight. Should I be worried
