I Had A Csection 26 Years Ago, It Open Up,

I had a csection 26 years ago, it open up, I went back in, they cleaned it told me to leave it open to hearl, after that I broke out in hives, over 26 years, I have had issues with it , feeling burning in area on right side, back pain, and every day break out in hives, so bad that this weekend went by ambulance and stopped breathing I have asked doctors over and over , and all they say is I need to loose weight, all it does is hang there now, I try to excersise but break out in hives, even in the cold, the doctor now feels there is something more going on then allergies, should I be concerned
