I Had A Csection 4 Week's Ago, And For The

I had a csection 4 week's ago, and for the bleed I've been using normal maxi pads. Last week, my clitoris got raw (skin visibly missing), but it went away. Today, its happened again! Theres skin missing on almost my whole clitoris and it hurts. I can't walk, sit down, or move without the irritation hurting. Hurts so bad there's a pinching feeling. Also, the skin that isnt missing looks greyish white, like wet dead skin.. What can I do, and should I be worried?!
