I Had A Csection On November 13th. I Stopped Getting

I had a csection on November 13th. I stopped getting pain meds threw the iv on the 17th. Later on that evening I was given an ibuprofen 800 and it didn't go down all the way so I drank some more water and it felt like the pill logged in my chest. Ever since then it still feels like something is stuck in my chest, it feels like I am being stabbed in 2 different places in my throat. I can feel the air going around something when I breath. I can hear and feel gurgling coming from the base of my throat. I have tried to make myself throw up to see if anything will come up and it feels like it's being blocked (easiest way to explain how it feels). I constantly feel like I'm being hung upside down, there is so much pressure on my chest it feels like someone is sitting on my chest. I am constantly burping a lot which isn't normal for me. I have an appt with E.N.T but I have spoken with the doctor over the phone and all he can say is that it's acid reflux/gerd. I have been taking nexium and it has not helped, I have tried prilosec before and so far nothing is helping.
