I Had A Ct Scan A Few Weeks Ago Which

I had a ct scan a few weeks ago which showed that I have Bronchiectasis. The doctor then ordered a sputum smear and culture. I just read the results on my patient portal. Bactea MGIT 320 vial positive for Acid Fast Bacilli (ET: 23 days 6 hrs. Sent to Quest Laboratory for identification. I haven't heard from my doctor and I am concerned as to what this test result means.
