I Had A Ct Scan Of My Head And They

I had a ct scan of my head and they found a 3cm polyp in my right nasal. The doctor refered me to a specialist but I never attended the appointment because I couldn't afford it at the time. Iv had floaters in my right eye for the past 3 years and was wondering if the polyp could something to do with this? I have never had any problems breathing through my right nostril.
