I Had A Ct Scan Yesterday And The Dye Iv

I had a ct scan yesterday and the dye iv infiltrated...at first only my hand and wrist swelled up so they put not compresses on it and said it would be fine...just to keep putting on compresses...today my entire hand , wrist and arm down to 2 inches below my elbow is swollen, extremely tight and you can almost see the bruising in my hand...my question is...should I be concerned that my hand is soooo warm...I worry about blood clots
