I Had A Cut From My Braces On My Tongue

I had a cut from my braces on my tongue and it turned into what we thought was a ulcer but now it’s turned into a weird flat mushroom looking thing and when I eat it started bleed from my braces cutting it and it bleeds a lot idk what to do I went to my doctor and he gave me some sm-33 to put on every 3 hours but it keeps getting cut I think it’s gonna get cut off from my braces.
