I Had A Cut On My Leg And Did Not

I had a cut on my leg and did not get stitches. I had it looked at and tested for infection which was negative. It is almost all healed but now I have tiny blisters 2-3 inches surrounding wound. I wore a lot of bandages and bandaids during the healing process. How do I get rid of the blisters? What is the cause?
