I Had A Cyst Removed From My Buttocks A Couple

I had a cyst removed from my buttocks a couple of weeks ago. The doctors put gauze in to help with the bleeding. They never scheduled a follow up appointment. I have now been in pain and it is still bleeding. I went and saw a doctor today (a different one due to scheduling issues at the original office) and he told me that the gauze has now healed into my skin. He told me that I have to have surgery to remove the gauze. He also said that and ER doctor maybe able to remove it. What should I do?
