I Had A Cystscopy And I Had Some Blood After

I had a cystscopy and I had some blood after I urinated for about four days. I went to the hospital because of the pain and still bleeding when I wiped. The weird thing is it showed no rbc in my urine. Could this be because I was on antibiotics and it was masking it from the urine? Thanks for your input.
