I Had A D&c And Big Polyup Removed 3 Weeks

I had a d&c and big polyup removed 3 weeks ago, today I fell and started vagnal bleeding right after. Concerned it's an injury rather than menstral because a little early and had no TELL tail sighn (usually cramping 2-3 days before starting). My feet went right out from under me it happened so fast I didn't even know what happened till my butt hit the ground hard and Jared my stomach hard , along with everything eltse that is sore.
