I Had A D&c Yesterday Due To Molar Pregnancy. Still

I had a d&c yesterday due to molar pregnancy. Still waiting the results of hcg levels and tissue that was sent to pathologist. I've had minimal bleeding and cramping. However is the last hour it seems my abdominal is swollen like I am over full and it is becomming painful. Any idea why, or if it's due to molar pregnancy?
