I Had A Deep Cleaning A Few Weeks Ago And

I had a deep cleaning a few weeks ago and have been keeping up on my brushing and flossing. I noticed one of my bottom front teeth is loose, but still intact. I also noticed a very, very small gap in between that tooth and another. Would a splint reduce or fix my problems? How much would it cost with/without insurance?
