I Had A Dream About A Week Ago Where I

I had a dream about a week ago where I felt like I was being attacked by a deamon or some evil spirit and I felt paralyzed. After I woke up I felt like I was high, but on a scary high. I been feeling like this for a week now eveyday to where my vision is like I am on drugs. I use to have this problem a year ago when I was going through depression where I has suicide thoughts and felt this same high as I do now, but this time it feels worse. I will have evil thoughts and I always ignore them. I asked my dad and he told me it might have to do with Anxiety or bad nerves. I dont take any medication so I know it doesnt have to do with that. I try to occupy myself by watching my favorite shows but when the feeling of the bad high comes back my stomach will start hurting and my heart races. It scares me more when I'm around my nephew because it triggers it more for some reason. I also keep having more bad dreams. I want to know why I am feeling like this and how to stop it. Please help.
