I Had A Dx Of Bell's Palsy In March. After

I had a dx of bell's palsy in March. After treatment I seemed to recover well, however I developed what I thought was a canker sore on my upper right gum. I have had chronic sinus problems as well as dental pain since. Could this all still be related to the bell's palsy dx?
