I Had A Fall 2 Years Ago And Cracked My

I had a fall 2 years ago and cracked my occiput against a tile wall. I developed BPV. I was worked up by a ENT and Treated with the epley maneuver. Then I did it at home and symptoms resolved. 2days ago the top window of my husbands truck over the ail gate came unhinged and hit me in the back of the head about at the ear level. It knocked my neck out and I fixed all that. I am a D.O. This am I washed my hair wrapped a towel around my head with my head down flipped my head back up and went hurling into the wall to my right. I grabbed the towel rack to break my fall. Upset but un hurt. Tonight I bent down to get something out of my suitcase and when I came back up the same thing happened. I grabbed the truck to break my fall. We are on the road. I came into the hotel and remembered I gab to do this maneuver to fix it but wasn't quite sure how to do it. I thought you were to lay on your back with your head off the bed to determine the direction of the spin. I spinned so hard to the right I couldn't get my head back up broke out in a sweat and felt like I was going to vomit. Finally I pulled my head back up. I have been nauseous ever since. Simple head movements are now setting it off that did nothing before. I laid flat before this turned my head to the right and waited until the spinning stopped. 80 sec. then my face to the bed same thing. Then sat straight up and this time a Minute. I Where are you? So sick I laid down. I have no idea what happened or what I did when I put my head off the bed but I messed it up big time. This is 100 times worse than the first time and it didn't even hurt that much with the hit. The first caused a concussion. I was on this site to see if I did the maneuver wrong. I'm pretty sure I can't keep my head level for 24 hours which was why this perhaps didn't work bu why is it 10 times worse than before I did any thing? This is way too long.
