I Had A Fall 5 Days Ago. Tripped On An

I had a fall 5 days ago. Tripped on an uneven piece of cement in my driveway and did a face plant, hitting my forehead and scrapping my face all the way to my chin. I still have a bump right over the start of my right eyebrow. I ended up with a really black eye on the right size and a much lesser one on the left, along with scrapes down the nose, lip and chin. I am pretty sure I did not have a concussion, as I never passed out and was able to get up quickly. I did not see a Dr., however today I had a dizzy spell, which lasted less then a minute. My neck is stiff and some pressure in the back of my head. Also a slight headache. Do you think I need to see a medical Dr or should I try a chiropractor.
