I Had A Fall 6 Days Ago And Banged My

I had a fall 6 days ago and banged my head and have pain in my right hip joint. I am walking with crutches. In the evenings I feel nauseous and have stomach cramps so that I don't want to eat. It is particularly bad tonight. Can you tell me if this is normal after a fall? How can I treat it? Thank you.
