I Had A Fall And Injured My Left Knee, After

I had a fall and injured my left knee, after much pain, MRI, I was diagnosed with a bone bruise, small tears in my meniscus. It has been 8 weeks, the swelling has gone down, but I'm still in pain everyday just walking, I have stiffness, what can I do to heal? I am a 53 year old female in good health.
