I Had A Fall On Friday Morning And Was Subject

I had a fall on Friday morning and was subject to a deep abrasion on my right hand.

I am also long from recovering from shingles (a few days).

Yesterday night (Saturday) before bed I started feeling very weak, cold chested and feeling I had not eat enough) and put it down to doing too much not long after shingles recovery.

Today I have continued to feel week and tonight am cold chested again (but not fluid on chest) and had a momentary muscle spasm in my right arm when brushing my teeth but none since.

Could I have tetanus (I vaguely remember having top up vaccines a few years a ago but can not be certain of a tetanus until I can call United Kingdom GP in morning while currently residing in the United States) or is it more likely a relapse of shingles?

To avoid seeking ER help and the $150 copay to add to my $800 medical payouts for shingle treatment, could I use amoxicillin which I have some of as a starter until I am able to see my primary doctor tomorrow morning?
