I Had A Fall On Sept 20th And Hit The

I had a fall on Sept 20th and hit the top right front of head, which I got a bump and a scalp scrap that bleed. since I remembered falling and didn't black out or saw stars they didn't xray at emergency room. in the past 2-3 weeks I have experienced headaches, upper and lower back pains and today I am experiencing fogging and brain numbiness and throbbing sensations. I feel out of sorts. I haven't taken anything for this, but have been taking aleve and muscles relaxer on and off for the past few weeks for the back. What is your advise
