I Had A Fall Onto Concrete 2 Days Ago Which

I had a fall onto concrete 2 days ago which left me with a black eye slight blood on white part and mild concussion had ct scan that showed nothing but I see flashing light and my nose and check are now numb like I’ve had Dentist injection and it’s also pins and needles like do I need to go back to and or wait for it to go
