I Had A Fall Where I Lost My Balance. Went

I had a fall where I lost my balance. Went to hospital had two cat scans with dye, had Mir, went to ent had all the tests, just a little balance problem was still there. After six months I am still having problems. When I lay in bed I get very dizzy when I turn to my left and very sick of my stomach. A all my tests were negative . I'm not too stable when I get up. My ent doctor has never mentioned crystals being out of place.
