I Had A Filling 3 Weeks Ago And 1 Last

I had a filling 3 weeks ago and 1 last week. All on right side of my mouth (bottom then top). I have been back twice because of pain and was told it could take awhile to feel normal again (filling was very close to bone and far into gums). My pain is not in the tooth. Feels fine to eat, chew, brush, drink. Pain is in my gums, jaw and face. Kind of feels numb still in places of my upper cheek. Over the weekend I felt a burning feeling up in my cheek/face and had headaches. OTC meds help, but I seem to need them regularly. I have also taken antibiotics for the past week "in case of" infection. Should I be concerned or give this more time?
