I Had A Finger Nail And Toe Nail Removed Because

I had a finger nail and toe nail removed because of infection last Saturday. I've not noticed any change(meaning no worse or no better) until today. The bottom of my finger and toe is blue, like a bruise but I've not done anything to them to bruise them and just a little while ago my jaw on the right side started to hurt and it's hard to open my mouth. I don't know if it's all connected but it all started today.
