I Had A Fish Bone Stick In My Right Tonsil,

I had a fish bone stick in my right tonsil, removed it with tweasers and 2 days later I started to get a fever, headaches and reduced heart rate keeping me awake at night. Do I have an infection from the fish bone being stuck in my throat and should I see a doctor?
