I Had A Fistulotomy 8 Days Ago, Was Doing Well

I had a fistulotomy 8 days ago, was doing well and off pain meds for several.day until the past two where I could barely get out.of bed bc of the pain. It's deep inside my.rectum.after I use the bathroom, feels like my tailbone àmd butt bones are.both so sore, plus the burning and superficial pain. It doesn't seem normal.to have pain increasing as the time passes especially because I was up and moving around more and now can barely.do so. It doesn't look infected and has definitely gotten smaller in size but the pain has gotten to the point that I went back to the percocet even though it's so.constipating!!
