I Had A Flat Brown Mole Along My Bra Line

I had a flat brown mole along my bra line . didn't even know it was there till a few weeks ago . well yesterday it flaked and I could remove entire surface by just rubbing it with dry wash cloth . I had complete body ck about 18 months ago and got clean bill of health from dermatologist. should I b concerned or show to Dr on next visit
