I Had A Flu Jab On Monday. Tuesday Night I

I had a flu jab on Monday. Tuesday night I was getting shivers and feeling incredibly cold. Developed headache, fatigue, sleeping through the day, general aching and pain, especially in the pelvic area and feeling very unwell. Also my urine has gone very very dark and it is painful to pee (stinging) and despite the fact that I have drunk a lot of water not very much comes out. I also need to urinate very frequently (every half hour approx) even though nothing much happens. Thinking it was a urine infection I went to my doctor this evening. She tested my urine but no infection although my urine density was off the chart. What else could it be?
